Generated Images: AI-generated images are automatically deleted after 7 days from our servers. You may save images to your device before this period.

Chat Sessions: AI Studio chat sessions and associated images are automatically deleted after 7 days of inactivity.

Account Data: We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account at any time.

In-App Deletion

The fastest way to delete your account and all associated data is through the app:

1. Open Viewra AI and go to Settings
2. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
3. Confirm your decision
4. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted within 24 hours

Email Request

Alternatively, email info@geminifyai.store with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your registered email address. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

• Your account information (email, profile)
• All generated images and chat sessions
• Purchase history (transaction records may be retained for legal/tax purposes)
